Khan Academy and PERTS, Standford Univeristy's applied research center on academic motivation has provided an outline, lesson plan, and resources to help teachers promote a growth mindset in their classroom. These resources can be accessed here.
"Creating a Growth Mindset in Your Students" is a blog post that outlines a 5 step approach as well as simple graphics that clearly communicate key points of contrast between the two mindsets.
